| The M.W.G.A. is an organization
for women golfers within the Maumelle Country Club.
Seasonal play begins the first Wednesday in March and ends
the last Wednesday in October.
The M.W.G.A. has a monthly meeting and luncheon the first Wednesday of each
month. Awards for the preceding month are given
based on the format of play and your handicap division.
We have an 18 hole division and a 9 hole division. The 9 hole
players are always invited to play with the 18 hole group
on meeting days with the format being a team scramble or a
best ball with handicap. Tee time is 9:00 a.m. Pairings are
mixed up during the year to allow everyone the opportunity
to play with different members.
Members of the M.W.G.A. who qualify by their handicap index
are eligible to join the L.R.W.G.A. (Little Rock Women's Golf
Association) and participate in organized competition at 8
other area courses.
