Tennis the Maumelle way: more than just a phrase!

This is the way the game should be played - fun, relaxed and totally enjoyable for all levels of players. Two fully lighted courts mean it's always easy to find time to play. Tennis is included in your membership, and as part of being a family-oriented club, our tennis committee is working hard to provide more clinics, leagues and social play. Tennis instructor, Keri Ingraham, teams up with the Club to provide direction to these new services with solid tennis teaching.

Tennis Lessons:
Private and group lessons are offered for members of all ages, including the novice and more advanced player. Take lessons with a friend and receive a discounted rate. As a courtesy to other members, if you need to cancel your tennis lesson please do so 24 hours prior, or you will be charged in full for the lesson.  Thank you.

   Tennis Camp 2008
   June 9-13 & July 7-11

Campers will receive lunch each day at the Club as well as a tee shirt, awards certificate, and prizes throughout the week.

June 9-13 (Monday-Friday) 9-12:30 Level II, 12:30-4 Level I
July 7-11 (Monday-Friday) 9-12:30 Level II, 12:30-4 Level I

Cost: $150 ($50 non-refundable deposit)

Level I Camp—is for the player who is new to tennis or
has had limited instruction. Camp will focus on learning
the rules, court positioning, stroke fundamentals,
footwork, and smart playing.

Level II Camp—is for the intermediate player looking to
improve ground stroke, serves, volleys, and overheads, while
developing mental strategy. Situational plays, drills, and
games will strengthen player's ball pace, spin, and
placement.
